Application Rules:

1] Orbs should be at the very least 3 degrees to even consider.
[I prefer to use 2 degrees for a personal chart, and just 1 degree for a synastry chart]

2] Name Asteroids can be very beneficial because asteroids affect
stronger through name frequency than through gravity. Look for these first!
[ei: If your name is "Yvonne" check out this one! "Yvonne (1301)"]

3] It is counter productive [ei: a waste of time] to compare Asteroids of one theme to asteroids of another, unless they represent the same effect.
Example: SIVA conjunct ANUBIS or OSIRIS has a valid meaning but SIVA conjunct HERA is senseless. HYGIEA conjunct HORUS is senseless but HYGIEA conjunct CHIRON or even SEKHMET has loads of meaning.

4] It is a total waste of time to look at every asteroid in your chart. There are way to many and it would take your entire physical lifetime to actual do this, even briefly.
-Rather choose a theme that you find connects with you in someway [or] a theme that you really are interested in exploring.

Then that theme's asteroid list should be very thoroughly investigated, right down to every planetary aspect and every Sabian Symbol degree.

5] Remember they are just 10% the strength compared to planets in effect.

Healing Therapeutic Massage

including; Reiki - Watsu - and Energy Work

I have been a professional massage therapist since May of 1995
I thoroughly pre-screen all new clients, as this is a spiritual art for me that I do not take lightly. I personally prefer to incorporate a combination of all 9 Types of Therapeutic Massage I Practice, whenever possible…

Below is is a brief description of each that I practice:

Acupressure Therapy
Acupressure is a type of massage bodywork based on Chinese meridian theory in which various points (acupuncture points) receive pressure so as to stimulate the flow of energy (chi).

Deep Tissue Therapy
Also known as deep muscle therapy or deep tissue therapy, deep tissue massage is a technique that focuses on the deeper muscles and connective tissues of the body. The massage therapists uses stretching, movement, and pressure to realign the muscles and connective tissue. In this way, muscle memory may be erased and reshaped for better overall wellness and health.

Shiatsu Therapy
Also known as "finger pressure" massage, shiatsu is an ancient Japanese technique for healing and general wellness. It employs the ancient art of acupuncture along with more modern styles of massage. From a spiritual standpoint, shiatsu works because the flow of Chi is unblocked by applying gentle pressure to key areas (the meridians). From a clinical standpoint, shiatsu works because lactic acid buildup it eradicated by manipulating the muscles and increasing the flow of oxygen.

Watsu Therapy
Is the combination of Water and Shiatsu developed by Harold Dull at Harbin Hot Springs, California. The work is done in body temperature water with both the therapist and practitioner in the water, usually a pool that is between 3.5 ft to 4 ft. (100–120 cm) deep. The work entails much movement in the water and incorporates the activation of the energy lines derived from Shiatsu. It is often found to release stored emotional issues. Can be used for regression purposes as well. I most enjoy this art because of the healing I myself have experienced during sessions. I have helped many abuse and or rape victims with their healing process using this technique combined with gentle spiritual counseling. I feel blessed to have been first introduced to this special art at Harbin Hot Springs in May of 1995. I spent several weeks here witnessing miracle after miracle before my very eyes. I cannot even imagine prior to this date having not even heard of it, let alone experiencing it.

Pregnancy Therapy
Sometimes referred to as prenatal massage, pregnancy massage is used on women both during and after pregnancy. Special emphasis is placed on areas where the woman feels pain, swelling, stress, and fatigue. Because of the extra weight that women must carry during pregnancy terms, load bearing joints receive undue pressure, and can result in extreme pain or discomfort. Typically, a pregnancy massage therapist will employ Swedish massage techniques that have been altered so as to fit the needs of the patient. Positioning of the patient is also slightly different when compared with other massage styles, given the larger abdomen and weaker back.

Reflexology Therapy
Reflexology is a style of bodywork that focuses on zone therapy, in which different parts of the body are stimulated in order to treat corresponding areas on other parts of the body. Foot and hand reflexology are probably the most common forms of this particular massage style, but some practitioners focus on the head, torso, or legs instead.

Reiki Therapy
Borrowed from ancient Tibet, Reiki literally means "Universal Life Energy" or "Chi." Widespread use did not begin until the 1800s when a Japanese philosopher/Christian seminary educator Dr. Mikao Usui, first began using it regularly. Used as an energy healing technique, Reiki employees visualization and massaging to the entire body, thus aligning the various chakras and bringing healing energy to the muscles, organs, and glands within. The actual massage itself is relatively passive when compared with other techniques, and the most salient feature of Reiki is a gentle tingling sensation experienced by the patient.

Swedish Therapy
Also known as "classic style" or "Western" massage, Swedish massage therapy came into popularity when gymnastics instructor/fencing master Per Henrik Ling began using it on his students. In Swedish massage therapy, muscles and connective tissue are manipulated for the purpose of relaxation, rehabilitation, and general health maintenance. There are five basic strokes in this particular technique (effleurage, petrissage, friction, tapotement (or percussion) and vibration), all of which helped with blood circulation, speed healing, swelling reduction, and pain alleviation.

Eselen Therapy is traditional massage, which works in a very precise manner on the muscle and circulation systems. This is combined with the bodywork approach developed by Charlotte Selver, which emphasizes the deeply relaxing and emotional responses of the body when a conscious, structured and pleasant touch is applied. In addition, gentle rocking of the body, passive joint exercises and deep structural work on the muscles and joints, together with an energetic balancing of the body.
